True Performance: design board (GATE 1.5 closed, V5 approved)

GATE 1.5 closed on 2026-09-25: the owner approved V5, the composite homepage, as the design system for every page type. The first three cards are the page templates built in that system: the hub template (the Rehabilitation center category; the V5 homepage's Rehabilitation center row and the GyroStim breadcrumb open it), the condition template (concussion; the V5 homepage's Conditions link opens it) and the service template (GyroStim; the Services link opens it). V1 to V4 are the round-1 worlds, unchanged, kept for reference. Click a screenshot for the full-size capture, or open the live page to scroll it. This preview is not indexed.

HUB

Hub template · Neuro rehab

“Rehabilitation Center in Rancho Santa Fe, CA”

What
The third page type on the approved V5 system: the data-driven HUB template, rendered verbatim from content/hub/neurological-rehabilitation-center.yaml (the Rehabilitation center category). It routes down to its four services and its seven conditions and up to the homepage, and it shares the breadcrumb, why-us portrait, visit, booking, FAQ and CTA components with the service and condition templates. Phase 2 turns it into the templated HubArticle for all 8 hubs.
Hero
A hub hero: the brain-mapping beat of the owner's film as the plate with an EEG trace, the H1, trust chips, dual CTA and an index of the four services in this center. Then the category capsule and the LocallyWell press line, the four services as a rich index (GyroStim tagged Rancho Santa Fe only, the baseline row carries #baseline-testing), the conditions grid on the shared condition images, how care works here, Dr. McWhorter, the proof ledger, visit, booking, FAQ and the CTA.

U

Condition template · Concussion

“Post-Concussion Syndrome Treatment in Rancho Santa Fe, CA”

What
The second page type on the approved V5 system: the data-driven CONDITION template, rendered verbatim from content/condition/concussion.yaml with one template component per slot (the 19 canonical condition slots, the parents and coaches and testing adds, and the sticky rail). It shares the breadcrumb, slot 5, the options table, the timeline, the expert-care portrait, visit, booking, FAQ and CTA components with the service template. Phase 2 turns it into the templated ConditionArticle for all 22 condition pages.
Hero
A condition hero, not the home film: the concussion image from the shared condition image map as the plate, at the same subtle opacity as the service cards, with an EEG trace, the H1, trust chips and dual CTA. Then the summary box, both answer capsules, the symptom grid, the treatment cards linking up to each service (GyroStim and DynaVision tagged Rancho Santa Fe only), the cited recovery timeline, the red-flag card, parents and coaches, and Dr. Bek's review.

Service template · GyroStim

“GyroStim Therapy in Rancho Santa Fe, CA”

What
The first page type built on the approved V5 system: the data-driven SERVICE template, rendered verbatim from content/service/gyrostim.yaml with one template component per slot (all 18 canonical service slots plus the sticky rail). Phase 2 turns it into the templated ServiceArticle for all 20 service pages.
Hero
A service hero, not the home film: a still from the owner's footage (the GyroStim beat) with V2's gimbal and pitch / yaw / roll readout, the H1, the Rancho Santa Fe only tag, trust chips and dual CTA. Slot 5 renders in its fixed shape; the proof slot plays the Walker and McCaffrey GyroStim clips while in view.

V5

V5 · Owner composite (APPROVED 2026-09-25)

“Brain Recovery & Sports Performance”

The owner's round-1 ruling built as one homepage: V1's type, fonts, colour and telecast chrome, carrying sections harvested from V1 to V4 in the owner's exact order.
Hero
V1 scroll film, now the owner's own five hero clips (2026-09-25) joined in order: impact, a lobby arrival, brain mapping, GyroStim, sideline, game night. Then V4's colour-field Difference with V2's GyroStim loop and pitch/yaw/roll HUD, V4's McCaffrey section re-headed Where the pros go with V3's scroll-linked word reveal, V4 services with V3 hover images, V2's footer.

Signal (wildcard)

“Rebuild the Brain. Raise the Ceiling.”

Direction
Kinetic typography over full-bleed colour fields that rise out of each other; almost no imagery until the proof wall.
Hero
Type-only kinetic hero: the headline scramble-decodes, a crimson bar raises under line 2, letters scatter on scroll. No video.
